New Mode Boutique accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags attached.
To request a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID and reasons for return, then simply follow the instructions given.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer pre-paid returns so please ensure you return your items securely as we will not be held liable for returns missing in transit.
In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on jewellery, underwear and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed. Sale items are non refundable.
We can not be held liable for washing errors and aim to provide clear washing instructions for all items. After three months we retain the right to refuse returns on any faulty products.
Once your return has been received and inspected you shall be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved a refund shall be processed via your original payment method, please allow up to three working days.
